Today’s Agenda: Class work . . . Day 175
TFT (Addendum): “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once they group up.”—Pablo Picasso . . . 5 minutes.
Administer ICQ (In Class Quiz) … 8 minutes. Correct in class (exchange papers, must use ink to correct & write “CB” in upper right hand corner of the person’s paper being graded) ask my helpers or TA’s for assistance . . . 15 minute (total time).
Visual Literacy (Group) from JS magazine. Students select, read & summarize 5 articles from magazine (Saving Africa’s Elephants). Then complete the Cartoon Analysis section, plus answer four questions on back. Also, you are responsible for the Writing Prompt. Students present their analysis from back page (cartoon analysis) to class on Friday, June 3rd
Debate & CB2 prep continues (see list of students) . . . 25 minutes.
