TWPS (6 of 9): In his book, “The Prince,” Florentine political leader, historian, and diplomat, Niccolo Machiavelli discussed how leaders should govern. He advised leaders to make their states strong by doing what worked best including lying rather than being moral or good. He thought rulers were better off feared rather than loved. What do you think? Are schools better serve by an autocratic, no nonsense administrator that will do whatever it takes for the betterment of the school or is your preference for a moderate, easygoing, friendly, and an approachable administrator like the one we have here at Korematsu? How do you see it young scholars? . . . 6 minutes.
